We will have a bus leaving SJA at 3:15 to take you to St. Edward. However, there will be no return bus, so you need to arrange your travel if necessary. The field events begin at 4:30 and the running events begin at 5:00. Three places score in a dual meet--5 points for first place, 3 points for second place, 1 point for third. In relays, only the winner scores and that team gets 5 points. This meet will be run as a double-dual meet, with separate scores kept for the varsity and for the junior varsity. Because of that setup there is a unique rule that we use--you have to enter three people in a varsity event before you can enter any JVs in the corresponding event.

Please note that this is a tentative lineup that could be changed after practice tomorrow. I don't anticipate major changes, but there could be some tweaking tomorrow.

This is a two-day meet and on both days the field events begin at 4:00 and the running events begin at 5:00. You will get out of class at 2:15 and the bus will depart at 2:30. On Tuesday there are finals in the 4x800, shot put and long jump as well as preliminaries in the high hurdles, 100, 400, low hurdles and 200. The information that I have states that the top seven times will go to finals. We'll check on that on Tuesday to make sure because that's an unusual number to qualify.
