Happy New Year to all! This week's practice days and times are below. You should always have outdoor gear ready just in case. Sprinters should expect to be outside if temps 35 or over, distance/mid-distance should expect to be outside if 30 or over. Of course wind chill, footing, etc...will be taken into account. Just be ready!

Monday, Jan 2 - no school, no practice
Tuesday, Jan 3 - 3:20 full team meet in room 331...
new athletes practice 3:30-4:30, older athletes done by 5:00pm
Wednesday, Jan 4 - no mandatory practice - older athletes may be conditioning on their own (lifting, stretching, abs!!!)
Thursday, Jan 5 - 3:20-4:30 (older athletes may be bit longer)
Friday, Jan 6 - 3:20-4:30 (hi of 47 degrees!)
Saturday, Jan 7 - will be looking to do a high jump session, but have to confirm availability of gym. tentative plan 12:00 noon to 1:30pm (will change if basketball team has home game)
