Nordonia itinerary

SJA @ Nordonia Relays, April 8, 2017

7:30 – van leaves for Nordonia with just field events ppl, then comes back to SJA to pick up the rest of the events at 9:30. (PV, shot put/discus/long jump) (Coach Svaboda)

9:45  - BUS leaves for Nordonia with the rest of the team. (Coach Magill, Stahl, Seroka)

8:45 – pole vault – boys first, then girls (7’0”, 7’6”, etc…) – Larkman, Musser

9:00 – rest of field events (all field events are RELAY, meaning your performances are added together)

High jump (4’3”, 4’6”, 4’8”, etc…) – for now, nobody

Long jump (4 jumps) – Wrenn, Crayton-Prioleau

Shot put (boys then girls – 4 throws) – Pesicka, Schauer

Discus (girls then boys – 4 throws) – Pesicka, Schauer

11:15 – running events begin, girls first for all events

4 x 1600 – Allen, Walsh, Saul, Seymour

100H – Wrenn

100m dash – Zawie

4 x 100 – Fayen, Jordan, Jarabek, Stringer

4 x 800 – Hahn, Wagner17, Kelley, Grant

4 x 200 – TCP, Morgan, Wrenn, Zawie

DMR – (800, 400, 1200, 1600) Allen, Musser, Seymour, Battistoni (alt Saul and Walsh)

SMR (100, 100, 200, 400) – Fayen, Stringer, Jarabek, Jordan

Throwers 4 x 100 – we are NOT running, especially with just 2 throwers!!!
