Wednesday, March 28 – few showers 68°
distance/MD – workout at St. Ed’s – NO BUS. Be ready to start warm-up at 4:30. Done about 6pm.

Sunday, April 1st - Mandatory 5 hour practice with hill repeats, weights, and stairs.
