Workouts – Week of Monday, February 4, 2013
This week’s workouts are below.  Sprinters – you should always have your spikes just in case.  Pole Vaulters – you are to come to all practices and not just days you pole vault.  You have to go with either sprinters or distance (whichever group you are) unless otherwise noted.
Reminder to all: there is a $5 fee for each athlete for each time you go to Geneva.  This includes the pole vaulters for their earlier visit too. 

Monday – Feb 4…24° light snow
Throwers – off
Sprinters – off
Distance – off
Pole vault - off

Tuesday – Feb 5…26° and nothing
Throwers – throwing somewhere
Sprinters – stairwell running, abs, lift
Distance – with Coach Meeson
Pole vault – with sprinters

Wednesday – Feb 6…28° cloudy (early dismissal)
Throwers – off unless you hear otherwise
Sprinters – off
Distance – off
Pole vault – w/Coach Wolosz

Thursday – Feb 7…34° mostly cloudy
Throwers – lifting and abs
Sprinters – snow running – bring older running shoes and extra socks – this will NOT be easy!
Distance – with Coach Meeson
Pole vault – with sprinters

Friday – Jan 8…34° partly sunny
Throwers – throwing somewhere
Sprinters – snow running – bring older running shoes and extra socks – this will NOT be easy!
Distance – with Coach Meeson
Pole vault – with sprinters

Sat and Sun – on your own!!!
