Week of March 12

***NOTICE TO ALL THERE IS A MANDATORY PARENT MEETING FOR TRACK AND BASEBALL ATHLETES WEDNESDAY MARCH 14TH AT 7PM IN THE GYM. Contact the AD for more questions.

It will be warm, so now we have to focus on proper hydration. Bring a water bottle to keep with you on the track (and either re-use it or recycle it when done - don't litter!).
