First things first - ALL OF YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR FINAL FORMS BEFORE FRIDAY. Mr. Carras (the AD) said he will pull people off the team if you are not up-to-date on final forms. The directions are linked on the website.
Thank you to everyone who helped put on the meet this past Saturday. It means a lot to us as a program and school to do a good job. I was VERY impressed and pleased with our team's effort in helping us run a good meet. The hurdles were moved so quickly and efficiently no one could believe it! GREAT WORK!
Monday, April 7 - expect rain!! Normal day
Tuesday, April 8 - 58 girls to Elms dual meet, the rest stays at SJA for practice (tentative itinerary posted on the team website)
Wednesday, April 9 - normal practice
Thursday, April 10 - normal practice
Friday, April 11 - normal practice (pre-meet)
Saturday, April 12 - split squad - varsity at Nordonia Relays, JV at Bedford
