The indoor track and field team lived up to its name by getting a school record on both the track and in the field.
Junior Brenna McGrath broke Angel Lett's 10 year old record in the 60m dash when she ran 8.34 seconds. Senior Maggey Urban broke the shot put record by a few inches on her last throw when she heaved the shot in 30' 11".
Many other great performances, season bests, and personal bests were set throughout the meet for the Jaguars. Senior Mary Kate Chambers set a big personal best in the 1600 with a time of 5:43. Sophomore Rebecca Sedlak ran a great personal best in the 60m hurdles, and McGrath ran her first 400 meter race of the year in just 62 seconds. Senior Caitlin Nagy ran a fast 200m dash then came back to lead off the 4 x 800 with a SB 2:27.
