We had a very productive practice last Friday at the Geneva track - hopefully you'll take advantage of that for this Friday's meet.
Please go to the website www.sjatrackandfield.blogspot.com look under "indoor meet results" and check our line up for next Friday's meet. Make sure you're on the list and make sure its the correct events. I HAVE TO KNOW MISTAKES, ETC...BY THE END OF MONDAY SO PLEASE TELL ME!
Monday, Feb 20 - no school. Sprinters at SJA from noon-2pm...pole vaulters 1-3pm at SJA. Distance/MD at Mastick noon-1:30pm
Tuesday, Feb 21 - possible pole vault trip to University of Akron. Leave at 5:45 if we go. More details as they come up.
Wednesday, Feb 22 - practice at SJA after school until 4:45 for distance/MD
Thursday, Feb 23 - count on a short pre-meet practice from after school to 4:15. Enough to get loose and have a plan.
Friday, Feb 24 - meet at Geneva (www.spireinstitute.org) - bus leaves after school. THIS MEET WILL HAVE A LOT MORE TEAMS THAN LAST TIME SO WE WILL RETURN LATER. I DOUBT WE CAN GET BACK BEFORE 10PM.
Saturday, Feb 25 - nothing planned
