Week of Feb 18 workouts

The indoor season is in its final month.  For most there is one more meet left at Kent State on March 2 - its a girls only affair so it won't last as long as the first one at Kent.

Workouts – Week of Monday, February 18, 2013
This week’s workouts are below.  Sprinters – you should always have your spikes just in case.  Pole Vaulters – you are to come to all practices and not just days you pole vault.  You have to go with either sprinters or distance (whichever group you are) unless otherwise noted.
Reminder to all: there is a $5 fee for each athlete for each time you go to Geneva

Monday – Feb 18...mostly cloudy 44°
Throwers – on your own – do something please!!!
Sprinters – on your own – do something please!!!
Distance – on your own – do something please!!!
Pole vault - on your own – do something please!!!

Tuesday – Feb 19...rain/snow 39°
Throwers – weight room and foot work
Sprinters – long repeats if we can then weights (5pm finish)
Distance – with Coach Meeson
Pole vault – with sprinters

Wednesday – Feb 20...snow 27°
Throwers – off unless you hear otherwise
Sprinters – off
Distance – off
Pole vault – off or w/Coach Wolosz – she’ll let you know

Thursday – Feb 21 (we ARE going to Geneva – 7:15 return)...cloudy 28°
Throwers – throwing
Sprinters – speed day – be in spikes! (hurdlers hurdling some too)
Distance – with Coach Meeson
Pole vault – go to pole vault, but your time will be split to do some running too

Friday – Feb 22...rain/snow 37°
Throwers – weight room and footwork
Sprinters – special endurance I (either inside or out) have clothes for either (MK!)
Distance – with Coach Meeson
Pole vault – with sprinters

Sat and Sun – on your own!!!
