Pole vault - meets with Coach Marquard after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Sprinters - meets with Coach Kollin after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Mid-distance and distance - meets with Coach Kieser after school on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
These are NOT mandatory sessions, but any conditioning you can do now will help.
You do need to have an up-to-date OHSAA physical on file.
